Car photo shoot

Hey guys,

I'm thinking of running a short photoshoot/cruise to get some pics of members' cars for the site overall and for individual profiles if you need them. It will also be a good chance for us to meet up for the first time as a group.

Anyone interested reply with preferred times and location ideas.

yeah sounds good i dont have any pics of my new XR or of the lancer since i changed the rims so id be keen

Ive got a friend whos a Photography uni student who would be willing to do the photo shoot for us if anyones interested?

LOL yeah i was actually thinking that idea after i posted the last reply, well ive got 2 friends who could do it for me just have to try and book them, Just got to organise it sooner rather than later, and we would need to come up with an awsome location aswell.

If you can at least book one of them for the fundraiser cruise day that would be good. we'll have to sort out a time for another shoot soon.

I managed to book 1 of the girls for the cruise in august, first time photographing cars but shes keen if where happy for it. I def think she will be good ive seen some of her work, she did ask if we want a girl or girls aswell for the photo shoot didnt think we would but thought id ask? What do people want? and if anyone has come up with any locations either at geelong or queenscliff?

Meh i dont want some random chick in my photo unless she is absolutely stunner and this is geelong after all where the hell we going to find some chicks like that?

the photography student cant do it shes working but the proffesional photographer can do it but it will cost us?

Hey Sam,
Because it’s a charity event how about a flat fee of $250, and all edited pics put on a disc for you to use as you wish, My photos will be water marked with my name on them and as long as you can give me a mention that would be gr8!! How’s that sound?

Do we want to chrage people money to get there photo's done or try and absorb it through the sponsers?
what do people think?
And unless we can organise our own chicks they will cost a bit extra?
